Tampa Luxury Sports - Travel Packages for Tampa Bay Rays

1. As condition of payment, the purchaser agrees that he has read all of the conditions below. All packages are
governed by the laws of the US Code and of the State of Florida. In the event of a dispute, purchaser agrees to be
bound by the laws of the State of Florida and that all proceedings are in the State of Florida.

2. Payment is made to Tampa Luxury Sports, LLC. Reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is made. Buyer
is aware that once purchase is made, that Tampa Luxury Sports makes ticket purchases, airline reservations, hotel
reservations, etc that may not be refundable. Therefore, if cancelled by the purchaser, purchaser agrees that most of
the purchase price is not refundable unless Tampa Luxury Sports is able to replace said reservation with a suitable
replacement. Purchaser agrees also, that, the sporting events are subject to cancellation, postponement or change of
time or venue and any ticket to that sporting event will be the property of the purchaser and that the purchaser shall be
held to the ticket agreement of that event. Tampa Luxury Sports may not be in possession of said tickets at the time of
reservation and will be issued on site on the day of the game. Tampa Luxury Sports is not in the position to provide
rain-checks. Tampa Luxury Sports reserves the right to cancel any reservation regardless of cause or timeframe, and if
it does so without cause a full refund will be given unless due to act of god, act of war, act of terror.

3. In providing this package, Tampa Luxury Sports, through independent third-party distributors, arranges for certain
services and accommodations offered in connection with the tour. Tampa Luxury Sports, its agents, director, officers,
and employees shall not be held liable for any claims, actions, cause of action, injuries, damages, loss, delays, or
expenses, arising out of or resulting from any of the following: Any act or omission of a third-party contractor supplying
services on the tour including, but not limited to, air, land, or water transportation services, any act or omission of any
third-party contractor supplying accommodations or event tickets on the tour, quarantine, strikes, force majeure, the
failure of aircraft, watercraft, or any other means of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled, disturbances,
government restrictions or regulations, discontinuance or changes in transit or hotel services or any other cause over
which Tampa Luxury Sports has no direct control. The accommodations shall be on the run of the house basis. In the
event that the services and accommodations set forth in this package are not available for any reason, the limit of
responsibility ofTampa Luxury Sports shall be to use its best efforts to supply comparable services and
accommodations within the hotel category chosen. Grading of hotels and services on these tours is in accordance with
standard industry practice and you, as a tour participant, accept such grading when booking these tours. The rights and
remedies made available under this contract are in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable
law. However, we offer refunds under this contract with the express understanding that the acceptance of any refund or
alternate arrangement shall be final. Your purchase and booking shall constitute consent to the conditions set forth
herein as well as all other terms and conditions of this package. The participant acknowledges these conditions and
agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that restitution or
damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from suppliers.

4. In the event of returned payment, returned credit charge processing, if the purchaser has agreed to the above
package as purchased, this constitutes a contract of purchase. Billing shall commence and collections attempts shall
be made under applicable law. All costs of collections, including applicable attorney's fees shall be the responsiblity
